Change of personal details

If you are currently receiving a pension from the Xerox Final Salary Pension Scheme, you should complete a Change of details form to inform the Scheme administrator of any change in your address or bank account which will affect payment of your pension. You can also use the form to notify the Scheme administrator of any change in your personal circumstances, for example if you marry, enter into a registered civil partnership or get divorced.
